Elizabeth Hughes

Elizabeth (Bess) Hughes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in campaign finance and operations, currently serving as Chief of Staff at Juvare since January 2022. Prior roles include Director at The Petrizzo Group and Senior Advisor and Deputy Campaign Finance & Operations for Senator Johnny Isakson. Elizabeth has also held significant positions at Pearson & Associates, including Vice President and Senior Associate, and served as Senior Director and Director of Campaign Finance and External Relations for Senator Lisa Murkowski. Additional experience includes roles with Senator Rob Portman and Mercury. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and Business from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
