Latricia Shepard

Latricia Shepard, M.S., currently serves as the SVP and Chief People Officer at Juvare since March 2023. Prior to this role, Latricia held the position of Executive Director for Strategy and Planning in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Comcast from January 2022 to February 2023. Latricia's extensive experience at AT&T from April 2005 to January 2022 includes roles such as Human Resources Director, Chief of Staff, and Customer Experience Senior Project Manager, among others. Earlier career experience includes serving as Corporate Trainer at Powell Goldstein/Brian Cave and as President & CEO of Keepsake Expressions, overseeing global e-commerce operations. Latricia holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and Organization Development from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Educational Psychology from The University of Georgia.
