Alison Quibuyen

Alison Quibuyen has a diverse work experience. Alison began their career as a Student Intern at the National Asian Women's Health Organization in 2005. Alison then worked as an Immunization Consultant at the Orange County Health Care Agency in 2006. In 2007, they served as a Research Assistant at California State University, Long Beach, providing support for grant proposals and departmental research. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as an Editorial Administrative Assistant at Effective Perspectives Editorial, where they assisted in the publication of medical data and journals.

Alison then transitioned into the healthcare field, working as an Administrative Assistant for Nursing Administration and later as a Unit Secretary CCP III for Orthopedic Nursing Unit at White Memorial Medical Center/Adventist Health from 2008 to 2015. In 2015, they worked as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Experium Science Academy, where they provided executive administrative support and facilitated funding partnerships.

Alison then focused their career on clinical research, starting as a Clinical Research Coordinator at ABLON SKIN INSTITUTE & RESEARCH CENTER from 2018 to 2020. Alison demonstrated thorough knowledge of study protocols, performed laboratory duties, and assisted in patient recruitment and assessment. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Collaborative Neuroscience Research, where they coordinated research projects, conducted protocol training, and ensured staff members were properly trained for specific trials. Currently, they are a Clinical Research Coordinator at Torrance Memorial Physician Network, where they ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinates clinical trial activities.

In addition to their clinical research roles, Alison also worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator/Data Manager (Remote) at Quantum Leap Healthcare Collaborative from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they coordinated with the study coordinator and site management to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Alison Quibuyen completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science with a focus on Community Health Education from California State University, Long Beach. Alison attended the university from 2000 to 2007.

In terms of additional certifications, Alison obtained various certifications from the CITI Program, including Data and Safety Monitoring in Human Subjects Research, Biomedical Investigators and Key Personnel, CITI Good Clinical Practice Course, GCP for Clinical Trials with Investigational Drugs and Biologics (ICH Focus), and Researchers (RCR) in October 2021. Alison also obtained the Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification and Biomedical Research - Basic/Refresher certification from the CITI Program in June 2021. Additionally, Alison obtained Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association in July 2021. Alison became a member of the Association of Clinical Research Professionals in September 2021.
