Morgan Bailey

Morgan Bailey is currently the Chief Engineer at Collaborative Real Estate, a position they have held since August 2016. Prior to that, they were the Facility Maintenance Manager at Collaborative Real Estate from June 2016 to August 2016. Before that, Morgan Bailey worked as an Operating Engineer II at Memorial University Medical Center from September 2006 to June 2016, where they were responsible for the operation and repair of boilers, pumps, and other equipment. Morgan began their career as an Operating Engineer at St. Joseph's/Candler Health System in September 2003.

Morgan Bailey's educational career includes a certificate in diesel mechanics from Savannah Technical College, as well as certification as a Class III water treatment operator and shipboard mechanic from the Georgia Water Wastewater Institute and US Navy Engineman "A" School, respectively. Morgan also holds a high school diploma in electronics from Johnson High School.
