Kuban is skilled in using tools such as Query Designer, Integrated Planning, Crystal Reports, Web Intelligence, Xcelsius, and LiveOffice for development and reporting. Kuban has expertise in custom extractor development, data modeling, performance improvement, SAP BW and BO authorizations, system health checks, process chain development, and ABAP. Kuban Naidoo completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science and Business Information Systems from the University of KwaZulu-Natal from 1999 to 2002. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification in BSc Computer Science and Business Information Systems from the same institution in December 2002.
Kuban also obtained various certifications from Pearson Vue in 2010, including Business Objects Enterprise XI R3, Crystal Reports 2008, and Web Intelligence XI R3. In 2006, they received a certification in SAP BW 3.5 from SAP South Africa. Kuban Naidoo later earned a certification in SAP HANA Modeling and Implementation from SAP South Africa in 2016.
