Staci Smith is a highly experienced quality management professional with a robust background in the food industry. Currently serving as the Founder of CollabQMS since January 2026, Staci provides fractional and interim quality leadership for food manufacturers in need of expert quality assurance support. Previously, as Vice President of Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory Compliance at Ventura Foods from December 2014 to December 2025, Staci managed quality systems across multiple manufacturing sites. Staci's career also includes significant roles at The Krusteaz Company and The Hershey Company, where Staci developed and implemented comprehensive quality assurance programs and conducted compliance audits. Staci holds a BS in Food Science from Penn State University, an MS in Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, and an MBA from Lebanon Valley College.
