Celine Regalia

Celine was appointed Executive Director of Collabria Care in 2019. In her previous role of Director of Operations, she was responsible for new program development and implementation and evaluation of cross organizational processes while overseeing Human Resources, Volunteer Services, Facilities and Medical Records departments, along with the Day Program.

As Program Director, Celine was instrumental in building the innovative, award-winning Collabria Day Program, which she headed for over 20 years. She has successfully developed collaborative partnerships with local community organizations, expanded outreach and community education programs. Celine holds a master’s degree in Medical Social Work, as well as both a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Speech Pathology from California State University at San Jose.
