Karla Thomas

Karla Thomas is an experienced professional in product development and client success, currently serving as the Vice President of Product Development and Support at Collabrios Health since April 2024. Prior to this role, Karla held the position of Enterprise Client Success Manager at CareCloud from June 2022 to April 2024. Karla's extensive background includes significant tenure at R1 RCM, where a dual role encompassed both Product Management and Client Services from January 2014 to February 2022. As Director of Product Management, Karla contributed to international expansion and the establishment of an offshore team, while achieving Stage 2 Meaningful Use Certification for clients.
