LaTisha Valentine

LaTisha Valentine is an accomplished business and systems consultant with extensive experience in enhancing operational efficiency. As the founder of CollabWell, LLC since April 2024, LaTisha focuses on process improvement, systems implementation, and team training for businesses of all sizes. Prior to this role, LaTisha served as Senior Vice President of Business Process Solutions at Hackman Capital Partners, LLC, where responsibilities included overseeing the integration of business systems. LaTisha also held various senior positions at Stanza Financial Services, including Principal and Senior Vice President of Corporate Accounting, specializing in entertainment financial management. Earlier career roles included Senior Financial Analyst at The Walt Disney Studios and Senior Auditor at Deloitte. LaTisha holds a Master’s degree in Accounting with a Music Business Concentration and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, both from Belmont University.
