Jigish Patel

Jigish Patel is an accomplished software engineer and architect with extensive experience in the technology industry. Currently serving as the Founding Chief Architect and Security Officer at Collate since January 2025, Jigish focuses on building innovative solutions. Previously, as a Staff Software Engineer at Airbnb, contributions were made to CloudInfra - Compute Orchestration from January to December 2024. A significant tenure at Netflix from June 2015 to November 2023 involved roles as a Senior Software Engineer, working on both Compute Platform and Real Time Data Infrastructure. Additional experience includes an engineering role at Accompani and serving as a Tech Lead and Senior Software Engineer at Ooyala, where a PaaS product was developed in Go and video playback across devices was enhanced. Educationally, Jigish holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from UCLA and attended The Harker School prior to that.
