Shannon Nolder

Shannon Nolder possesses extensive experience in various roles spanning over two decades, primarily in field services and inspections. Currently serving as a notary and signing agent for home loans with the National Notary Association since March 2016, Shannon has also held positions as a field service representative at Sand Castle Field Services and as an auditor with Midwest Technical Inspections, Inc. since 2014. Other roles include serving as a field representative for National Creditors Connection Inc., a field agent for Collateral Specialists Inc., and a field representative for SiteCheck Solutions, conducting inspections for insurance companies. Shannon's portfolio also includes self-employment in on-site inspections and assisting clients with necessary documentation. Additional relevant experience includes a managerial role at Three Bears Alaska and a secretarial position at the Anchorage School District. Shannon is a graduate of Bartlett High School, having earned a high school diploma in General Studies.
