Novo Constare is the COO and co-founder of Syft an online marketplace for providing flexible work for job seekers in the hospitality, light industrial, and facilities management sectors.

Syft, launched in 2015 and has since grown to have over 40,000 workers across the UK, servicing over 2000 clients and was acquired by Indeed in 2019 and has since rebranded to Indeed Flex and launched in the US.
