Carl commenced his career in 1989 as a Firmware Engineer at Packard Bell Systems. In 1994, he founded NSI Labs, a successful Technology Service Provider Firm that delivers Data Center Infrastructure Technology, Infrastructure Management, Application Development & Database Services for the Financial Industry. In 1996, Carl acquired the 6th largest ISP in Los Angeles. Partnered with some of the largest communications and broadband telco providers, Cyberweb became one of LA’s leading ISPs delivering broadband services. In 2004, with over 25+ years of deep- rooted industry acumen in the Fintech Sector, Carl founded CSS, Inc. His vision was to build Financial Ecosystems that were powerful, scalable and intuitive enough for a business user to operate by employing forward technology for today’s needs and tomorrow’s growth.
