Luppy Latuheru

Luppy Latuheru is an experienced professional in the collections and recovery sector, currently serving as Managing Director at Collectius since August 2023. Prior to this role, Luppy held the position of Collection Department Head at AEON Credit Service Indonesia and was the Head of Collections and Recovery at FLOW- Ethical Credit Management, where oversight of 9 Team Leaders and over 100 desk collection agents was a key responsibility. Luppy has extensive experience in improving collection effectiveness, minimizing financial losses, and implementing new collection strategies across various organizations, including TPBank, Home Credit Indonesia, Standard Chartered Bank, and PT. Great Mataram. Luppy's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Universitas Komputer Indonesia Bandung, attained between 1996 and 2001.
