Jeremy Hibbert-Garibaldi

Founder and CEO at Collectiv Food

Jeremy Hibbert-Garibaldi has worked in a variety of industries since 2009. Jeremy began their career as an Intern in the Summer Associate Program at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP. In 2010, they worked as a Management Consultant and Deloitte Forensic at Deloitte and as a Reporter at Main Justice. In 2016, they founded Caprera.com and in 2017, they founded and became CEO of Collectiv Food, London's fastest growing food supplier. Collectiv Food sources quality meat, seafood and plant-based products directly from producers and delivers to professional kitchens. It is a finalist of TfL's innovation challenge "London FreightLab" and its model minimizes the use of heavy and large goods vehicles, reduces emissions and operational costs.

Jeremy Hibbert-Garibaldi obtained a Master's degree in Law from Law University of Grenoble in 2010, specializing in International and European Law. Jeremy also obtained a Master's degree in International Relations/Affairs from ILERI in 2010.
