Kellie Wagner is the founder and CEO of Collective, a DEI Lab. Kellie was previously a board member at Experience Camps for Grieving Children, a communications manager at 214, and a community support specialist and content creator at Meetup.
Kellie has always been passionate about bringing people together and empower them to effect change in their communities. Kellie started their career in the social sector as a community organizer before finding their true calling in the tech industry. At Meetup, Kellie was able to use their skills in customer service, writing, and process improvement to help create an online platform that facilitated offline group meetings around the world.
In their current role at Collective, Kellie is using their experience in the tech industry to build a more inclusive future for all. Collective is a DEI lab that partners with startups, enterprises, and nonprofits to design and implement equitable practices within their organizations.
Kellie Wagner has a managing diversity and inclusion in the workplace certification from New York University. Kellie also has a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from New School University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
