Lin Tan

Lin Tan is an ICF Master Certified Coach with a diverse range of work experience. Lin is the Founder and Director of Training at Collective Change Institute (CCI), Asia's leading coaching institute. Lin is responsible for providing ICF coach certification programs, corporate coach training, and life and executive coaching services. Lin also serves as a Senior Consultant at Wentworth People, where they have successfully facilitated conflict resolution and increased engagement and performance within organizations. Lin has also held the role of Managing Director and Executive Coach at ForgeCareers. In addition, Lin has been actively involved in ICF Singapore, serving as President, Immediate Past President, President Elect, and Council Member. Lin's expertise and passion for coaching have made significant contributions to the field.

Lin Tan, ICF Master Certified Coach, obtained a Double Degree in Business Communication with a focus on Marketing and Management from Murdoch University in the years 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, Lin attended Temasek Polytechnic from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a Diploma in Apparel Design and Merchandising. Lin also holds various additional certifications, including membership with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Reiss Motivation Profile Master (RMP) from Reiss Motivation Profile Asia Pte.
