Lyndsey Carney has a history of working in the learning and development and customer service fields. Lyndsey began their career in 2005 as a Learning Specialist at Nordstrom, where they consulted with stakeholders on how the department could help support the company's annual priorities while focusing on capacity planning and continuous improvement opportunities. Lyndsey also developed ILT and VILT programs and established learning plans with foundational knowledge focusing on the primary core functions and process variations. In 2006, they took on a Merchandise Associate role at Walt Disney World, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with information about the products and activities in the four parks. In 2019, they joined Collective Data as a Learning and Development Manager and Client Trainer.
Lyndsey Carney obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Iowa between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts in Education from Kirkwood Community College between 2004 and 2007. Lyndsey also holds an Iowa Teaching License.
