Tarah Sahlberg

Tarah Sahlberg has worked in various roles since 2006. Tarah began their career at Nordstrom as a Team Lead in the Fulfillment Center, providing coaching and training to tenured employees and new hires, performance documentation, scheduling, and creating job aids for new and old processes. Tarah then served as Quality Assurance Manager, supporting a multi-state Quality team of 25 employees over the Nordstrom Call Center. Additionally, they acted as an Educator, training new call center specialists on their role, providing coaching, and writing documentation that followed HR protocols. Tarah also served as a Makeup Artist and Beauty Specialist. In 2020, they joined Collective Data as a Learning and Development Coordinator and Project Manager.

Tarah then attended the University of Southern California, where they obtained their Master's Degree in Social Work in 2011.
