Currently working at Collective Engineering since July 2025, Heja previously held the same title at Webb Australia Group from October 2021 to July 2025, focusing on design software tools and BIM Services. Prior roles include Electrical Engineer at Exectronics Pty Ltd from May 2018 to October 2021, where responsibilities involved electrical design and CAD drafting, and at DNZ Electric from August 2015 to May 2017, where project technical requirements and constructibility issues were addressed. Heja holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, completed in 2015.
