Abby Hong

Abby Hong has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 as a Marketing Intern at Zane Benefits. From there, they worked as a Quality Assurance Intern at BioScreen Testing Services in 2017. In 2016, they became an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System. Abby then transitioned to Collective Health in 2018, where they held various roles including Operations Associate, Plan Operations Associate II, Plan Operations Lead, Senior Plan Operations Lead, and Integration Manager. In their most recent role at Collective Health, they served as an Integration Manager II, responsible for delivering technical claims integrations with medical carriers and PBMs.

Abby Hong completed their high school education at Mira Costa High School from 2010 to 2014. Following that, they attended the University of Pennsylvania from 2014 to 2018, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Abby focused their studies on Biology as their major and also pursued a minor in Statistics during their time at the University of Pennsylvania.
