Care Navigation Quality Coach at Collective Health

Cheyenne Chausow has diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Cheyenne currently works at Collective Health as a Care Navigation Quality Coach since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Care Coordinator at the same company from May 2021 to March 2022.

In 2020, Cheyenne worked as an AmeriCorps VISTA at United Way of Utah County from May 2020 to May 2021, contributing to community projects and initiatives.

In 2019, Cheyenne had multiple roles. Cheyenne served as a Teaching Assistant at BYU Public Health Department from January 2020 to April 2020. In the same department, they worked as a Research Assistant from January 2019 to April 2020, where their responsibilities included data collection, entry, and organization. Cheyenne also utilized SAS 94 software for data analysis.

Furthermore, Cheyenne completed an internship at South Franklin Community Center from January 2020 to April 2020. Cheyenne also gained experience as an intern at Create Better Health Utah (SNAP-Ed) from May 2019 to August 2019.

Cheyenne Chausow obtained their Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Brigham Young University, where they pursued their education from 2015 to 2020.
