Rachel Franzoia

Rachel Franzoia has a diverse and extensive work experience. Currently, they are working at Collective Health as a Corporate and Commercial Counsel since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Milbank LLP as an Associate from August 2017 to March 2022. Before joining Milbank LLP, Rachel served as an Associate at Landau Gottfried & Berger LLP from March 2015 to July 2017. Rachel also gained experience as an Associate at Friedman Law Group, P.C. from August 2013 to March 2015. Additionally, Rachel worked as a Judicial Extern for Hon. Maureen A. Tighe at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California from January 2012 to April 2012.

Rachel Franzoia obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from UCLA in 2010. Rachel then went on to earn a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law from 2010 to 2013.
