Radley Teruel

Radley Teruel started their most recent position as a Senior Product Designer at Collective Health in June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Designer at the same company from October 2020 to June 2022.

From July 2019 to July 2020, Teruel worked as a UX Designer at Synapse. In this role, they designed the General Servicing Chatbot and created automated flows to improve customer support. Radley also collaborated with Customer Success managers to design a chatbot for agent assistance, increasing ticket resolution.

Radley Teruel pursued their education at the Academy of Art University, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a focus on Animation.
