Raksha Shukla

Raksha Shukla has a strong background in software engineering and frontend development. Raksha started their career in 2015 at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked as a Software Engineer. During their time there, they developed highly scalable websites and mobile applications, led a team of 10+ individuals, and collaborated with product managers and designers to create user-friendly UI widgets using React, Redux, Angular, Typescript, and JavaScript.

In 2021, Raksha joined Accenture as a Senior Development Analyst. Raksha played a key role in developing a digital business solution called Accenture Life insurance and Annuity Platform. Their contributions included improving performance by implementing JS constructs like debouncing and throttling, and building a full-fledged website using Angular, TypeScript, and Java.

Raksha continued to advance their career at Collective Health, starting as a Software Engineer Intern in 2022 and eventually becoming a Frontend Engineer II - Product in 2023. During their internship, they developed a self-service management application that reduced dependence on the ENG team by 100%. Raksha implemented the project using React JS in a micro frontend architecture and hoisted the application as a web component.

Raksha Shukla attended Shri Shankaracharya Technical Campus from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science. They then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Engineering at San Jose State University from 2021 to 2023.
