Heather Rist Murphy is the Vice President of Performance Content and Social Media at Collective Measures. Heather has over fifteen years of experience in communications and media strategy, including their previous role as the Director of Social Media, Content, and External Communications at Deluxe Corporation. In their time at Deluxe, Heather led the development of social media, content, and communications strategy at the brand enterprise level. This included working with internal teams and agency partners to build brand awareness, measure impact, and optimize performance.
Heather has also been instrumental in establishing the external brand voice/messaging, engagement strategies media and content plans for Deluxe Corporation. In addition to this, they have managed paid and earned media plans and budgets, as well as collaborating with SEO and creative team leads to ensure content compliance with usability and search best practices. Not only this, but Heather has also lead the enterprise-wide Social Media Marketing Center of Excellence by guiding the online customer care engagement approach across the entire organization.
Throughout their impressive career, Heather has generated 300M+ social impressions for the Small Business Revolution brand campaign in 2015 and built a 280K+ Small Business Revolution social community composed of Deluxe’s target audience in 2015 - just two of their many achievements.
Heather Rist Murphy has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota.
