Ryan Braski

Ryan Braski, CPA MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Ryan currently serves as the Director of Finance at Collective Measures | Media & Analytics since 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Finance Director at Adcura, Inc. from 2022 to 2023, where they led the finance function through a Series B investment round and oversaw the accounting function. Ryan also worked as the Division CFO at Cargill from 2021 to 2022, managing the finance organization for the Malt division and presenting results to the management committee.

Before joining Cargill, Ryan served as the Director of Finance and Accounting at Motorcycle Accessories Group from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they acted as a consulting interim CFO for two companies, recruited and trained department staff, and improved the turnover due to previous management.

Ryan has also co-founded Hovland Snowskates in 2011 and worked as a Director at NOW CFO from 2014 to 2019. Furthermore, they held the position of Director of Finance and Accounting at HZO from 2016 to 2018, successfully navigating the company through their first financial audit.

Additionally, Ryan served as the Chief Financial Officer at FireFly Automatix, Inc. from 2013 to 2016, overseeing rapid growth, converting the ERP system, and streamlining the accounting function. Ryan also worked as the Controller at Natural Retreats in 2013, where they accelerated the closing process by automating tasks and changing the review format.

Ryan's earlier experience includes working as an Audit Project Manager at U.S. Bank from 2009 to 2013. In this role, they identified weaknesses in the corporate test credit card environment and recommended changes to prevent theft. Ryan also contributed to successful acquisitions by directing the due diligence process.

Ryan Braski, CPA MBA has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, with a specialization in Executive MBA. Ryan also holds a BA in Accounting from Gustavus Adolphus College. Additionally, Ryan has pursued further education in Managing in the Global Economy from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and Ski Business & Resort Management from Sierra Nevada College. Ryan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and obtained this certification from AICPA in 2006.
