Nicole Sunder

Nicole Sunder has over 13 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Nicole began their career as a Case Management Coordinator at Lifecare Innovations, Inc. in 2008. Nicole then moved to Aetna Better Health Inc. (Illinois) in 2012, where they held various roles, including Manager, Clinical Health Services, Director, Clinical Health Services, and Vice President, Clinical Health Services. In 2018, they joined Aetna, a CVS Health Company, as a Senior Director, Medicaid Clinical Implementation and Director, Integrated Care Transformation. In 2019, they were appointed SVP, Clinical Operations at MVP Health Care. In 2020, they joined Collective Medical as Director, Health Plan Solution Design. Currently, they are Director, Health Plan Solution Design at PointClickCare.

Nicole Sunder attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services. Nicole then returned to the same university from 2007 to 2008 and obtained a Master of Social Work degree in Community Mental Health. In 2011, Sunder obtained a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker certification from the Association of Social Work Boards.
