Octavio Aguiar

Octavio Aguiar has over 16 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. In 2021, they began working as a Customer Success Manager II at Collective Medical a PointClickCare Company. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Manager of Non-Clinical Care Management at Meridian, where they were responsible for managing staff, hiring, training, scheduling, monitoring workload and staff expenses, conflict resolution, team meetings, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing performance improvement and disciplinary actions when necessary. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Supervisor of Clinical Health Services at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, where they were responsible for overseeing healthcare management staff and implementing healthcare management services for assigned members. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Banyan Health Systems as the Clinical Director of the CARE and FTEP Programs, where they were responsible for providing clinical oversight and managing day to day operations of both programs.
