Rob Morgan has a wealth of experience in sales and operations, beginning in 2000 at DW Medical as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Director of Sales, and Account Executive. Rob was responsible for commercial operations, managing a call center, and directing sales reps, marketing, and strategic development. During their tenure, they grew the company from the ground up to a 30 million dollar company with triple digit growth year-over-year. In 2006, they became Global VP of Sales and Operations at InteliSum Inc., where they developed a software organization with direct sales, established territories, and grew sales volumes by 800% average year-over-year. From 2009 to 2016, they were VP of North/South America Sales and Operations at IDEX Corporation, where they were responsible for defining operational goals and strategic business decisions for North/South America, and grew the America's by 192.5% in the downturn in the economy. From 2016 to 2019, they were Senior Director, Sales and Operations at CHG Healthcare, where they recruited, selected, trained, developed, and motivated sales teams to execute growth plans in line with the company's strategic initiatives. Finally, in 2021, they became Chief Revenue Officer/Executive Vice President Of Sales at e-SENS, Inc.
Rob Morgan completed their Master of Business Administration - MBA from Westminster College in 2005, after obtaining their BA Marketing from the University of Utah in 2002.
