A New Jersey native and longtime New York City resident, Jim has long harbored aspirations of moving to the mountains. He has a background in engineering and project management and has worked with both large corporations as well as rapid-growth newcomers. His portfolio includes everything from Manhattan development to creating the world’s best obstacle courses with Tough Mudder. At Collective Retreats, he’s excited to apply his rich, varied experience to the challenge of building the next generation of hotels.
