Nicki’s interest in the Hospitality Industry has grown from her past experiences traveling and living abroad. Nicki joined the Collective Retreat’s team while earning her Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management from New York University. Prior to joining Collective, Nicki has worked in a variety of Guest Service & Food and Beverage outlets in New York City.
