Joshua McLeod

Director of Business Development at Collectively

Joshua McLeod has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Joshua started as a Social Media Intern at Hello Mr. in 2015 before moving on to COOLS as a Brand Designer in 2016. At COOLS, they developed brand and style guidelines and designed strategic campaigns for brand partners. In the same year, they also worked as a Production Assistant at Spring Street Social Society, where they managed and executed elaborate dinner series and collaborated with Intel and the Royal Shakespeare Company.

In 2016, McLeod joined Hello Mr. Inc. as an Associate Creative, Programming, and Partnerships. In this role, they developed co-marketing opportunities and maintained relationships with brand partners. Joshua also produced the annual Hello Love Valentine's Day party.

Moving on, McLeod joined Collectively in 2017 as a Brand Partnerships Planner, supporting the New Business team in the development of strategic influencer marketing frameworks and creative concepts. Joshua then became a New Business Manager, managing influencer programming and client services for senior and executive-level clients. In 2020, they were promoted to Senior Manager, New Business, where they developed customized creator-led campaigns and built positive relationships with high-profile clients. Joshua continued in this role until 2021 when they were promoted to Associate Director, Business Development. Currently, McLeod is the Director of Business Development at Collectively.

Joshua McLeod attended Grassfield High School from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained an Advanced Diploma in General Studies. Later, from 2012 to 2016, they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Fashion Merchandising at Savannah College of Art and Design.
