Anita Caswell, CIP has extensive experience in underwriting and insurance. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Collectivfide Insurance Group Inc., Anita is responsible for developing underwriting strategies and ensuring operational excellence. Previously, Anita worked as a Product Analyst at Farm Mutual Re and as a Commercial Program Underwriter at Gore Mutual Insurance. Anita has a College Degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology / Technician from Mohawk College. Anita's expertise lies in building strong relationships with broker partners, analyzing risks, negotiating with insurance carriers, and developing underwriting guidelines.
