Jeremy Ryan

Jeremy Ryan has had a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as an Associate at the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) in 2015. During their time at NECA, they participated in a leadership training program and gained experience in analyzing legislation, recommending policy initiatives, and crafting proposals for arbitration in contract disputes with labor unions.

In 2017, Jeremy became the Executive Director of the Greater Boston Plumbing Contractors Association, where they served as the top executive and managed a team of 5 employees. Jeremy also represented the association in collective bargaining and contract administration with the UA Local Union #12, holding the role of ERISA Trustee on various management boards.

In 2023, Jeremy joined Carlson Consulting Enterprise as a Team Lead. In this role, they established trust with clients, managed projects, and created research frameworks.

Additionally, in 2023, Jeremy worked as a Summer Associate Consultant at Collectivity.

Jeremy Ryan completed their Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy with minors in Political Science, Philosophy, and Organization and Community Leadership at the University of Delaware. Jeremy studied at the University of Delaware from 2010 to 2014. Later, Jeremy pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, which they are expected to complete between 2022 and 2024.
