Jeff Granfield

Jeff Granfield currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition for the Americas at Contentsquare, a role held since September 2021, where responsibilities include enhancing digital experiences through innovative recruiting methodologies. In addition, Granfield is a Strategic Advisor for College Aid Pro™, focusing on smarter college shopping and improving Return on Education. Previously, Granfield was the Director of Talent Acquisition for Criteo, managing recruitment across the Americas and leading global talent acquisition for additional business lines. At TD, Granfield held dual VP roles, overseeing recruitment strategies for both the retail network and executive-level talent acquisition. Prior to these positions, Granfield worked as an Executive Recruiter at The Mergis Group and a Consultant at Winter Wyman, specializing in the accounting and finance sectors. Granfield's career began as an Investment Manager at Centennial Farms Thoroughbred Investments. Educational background includes a degree in Psychology from Merrimack College.
