Aasya Abuzahra

Aasya Abuzahra is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in auditing and financial management. Currently serving as an Accounting Manager at College Ave Student Loans since September 2021, Aasya previously held roles as a Senior Auditor at EisnerAmper and Belfint, Lyons & Shuman, P.A. Aasya began the auditing career at SC&H Group, progressing from Staff Auditor to Senior Auditor during tenure from January 2017 to August 2020. Aasya's earlier experiences include an internship at CliftonLarsonAllen, where individual and corporate tax returns were prepared, and another internship at Varanko & Black CPAs, focusing on tax preparation and client invoicing. Aasya earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Stevenson University in 2017 and began the career as an Assistant Teacher at The Goddard School, enhancing communication and organizational skills.
