Cecelia Dwyer

Cecelia Dwyer serves as the Head of Campus Development at College Ave Student Loans, focusing on building partnerships with educational institutions to promote responsible borrowing and transparency in lending. With a robust background in strategic marketing and operations, Dwyer previously held significant roles at Sallie Mae, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing, where leadership was exerted over a 52-member team amid corporate transformation. Dwyer also founded TrueCareers, Inc., leading its launch and strategic direction following selection by the Sallie Mae executive team.
