Deb Gossman

Deb Gossman has over three decades of experience in sales and management within the education finance sector. Currently serving as the Head of Campus Development for Central States at College Ave Student Loans since October 2017, Gossman previously held the position of Director of Sales at Student Connections, where responsibilities included managing sales operations and mentoring staff. Earlier roles include National Account Sales Director at USA Funds and Senior Director of Strategic Sales and Vice President of Guarantor Contract Services at Sallie Mae, where Gossman specialized in managing national account teams and developing key financial programs. Gossman's career began at USA Group/USA Funds as Director of Claims Management, overseeing claims processing and default monitoring. Gossman holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington and has completed various leadership and business programs, enhancing expertise in financial sales and contract management.
