Jake Sanders has extensive work experience in the food service industry. Jake began their career in 2010 as the Director of Operations for College Chefs, LLC, where they managed a team of professional chefs and oversaw daily operations for sororities and fraternities in 38 states. During their time there, they successfully grew the portfolio of accounts from six to 150 unique locations. In 2014, they joined Chef Placement Services as the Director of Operations, where they were responsible for analyzing food service operation needs, networking and recruiting chefs for executive-level positions, and providing various services such as background checks and reference checks. In 2017, they returned to College Chefs, LLC as the Vice President of Business Partnerships, where they played a key role in developing and maintaining partnerships for the company. Overall, Jake Sanders has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in operations and recruitment within the food service industry.

Jake Sanders attended Mahomet/Seymour High School from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained their high school diploma. Jake then pursued further education at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Chicago from 2004 to 2005, earning an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
