Lorenz Quiambao is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the food industry. Currently serving as Regional Executive Chef at College Chefs, LLC since August 2020, Lorenz previously held the position of Executive Chef at Guckenheimer from July 2015 to August 2020, where recognition included the 2019 Food@ Culinary Team of the Year. Responsibilities across multiple roles included menu planning and execution, HAACP implementation and training, food waste management, and client relations.
