Arlen McCray-Nibbs

Arlen McCray-Nibbs is a Customer Experience (CX) Manager at Midtown Athletic Clubs since April 2021, bringing extensive experience in project management and community engagement. Prior roles include Project Manager at Rise Against Hunger, where oversight of inventory and event support was key, and Project Leader (Volunteer) at Passion City Church, where logistics for community service projects were organized. Previous experience also includes roles as a Substitute Teacher Coordinator and Athletic Coach at North Cobb Christian School and a Graduate Assistant in the Athletic Department at Bethune-Cookman University. Arlen holds a Master of Science in Transformative Leadership and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Marketing, both from Bethune-Cookman University.
