Jeff Armstrong

Jeff Armstrong is an experienced professional in customer engagement and sports communication, currently serving as a Fan Ambassador at Chick-fil-A College Football Hall of Fame since October 2022, where responsibilities include educating visitors about exhibits and leading tours for school groups. Armstrong has also worked as a Guest Experience Associate for the Atlanta Hawks since April 2021, providing assistance to fans during events at the arena, and held the position of Premium Services Host for the Atlanta Braves from April 2021 to October 2022, focusing on enhancing the experience of patrons in the Delta 360 SkyClub. Prior experience includes roles as a Sports Writer for The Newnan Times-Herald and Assistant Sports Editor for Griffin Daily News, along with a Public Relations Specialist position at the Georgia Department of Transportation. Armstrong holds a B.A. in Communications/Journalism from Prairie View A&M University and an M.A. in Journalism from The Ohio State University.
