Jossy Lee

Jossy Lee is an accomplished entrepreneur and strategic leader with extensive experience in driving innovation and impact across various sectors. As Founder and CEO of Dots Studio since August 2018, Jossy Lee has helped numerous founders and organizations realize transformative ideas. Jossy is also a Founding Member of New England Innovation Academy and has created the successful storybook series Mommy Goes to Work®, recognized with a 2022 NAPPA Award. As a coach and strategic consultant with MIT Bootcamps, Jossy Lee has supported global entrepreneurs in building ventures, while also serving as a Strategic Advisor at College for Social Innovation. Jossy continues to shape entrepreneurial ecosystems as an Advisor for MIT REAP. Past roles include leadership positions at Chineasy and EF Education First. Jossy holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.S. in International Business from National Taiwan University.
