Blair Alexander

Blair Alexander is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in volunteer management, educational outreach, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as a Volunteer at Black in Mayberry, responsibilities include creating volunteer manuals and recruiting volunteers. As an Advising Specialist for College Forward since July 2019, efforts focus on outreach to over 400 students monthly, planning career and college workshops, and leading trainings for new staff. Previous roles include an Associate Instructional Specialist at 4-H CAPITAL, where engaging science enrichment was delivered to elementary students while fostering a supportive classroom environment, and an Administrative Assistant at the University of Houston's LGBTQ Resource Center, where volunteer programs were restructured to enhance student engagement. Blair holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston.
