Rayan Rafay

Rayan Rafay is a board member at Frontier College and was previously with Forbes Real Estate Council, Fraction, Landed, and Unison. At Unison, Rafay was responsible for all operational activities, including investment management, acquisitions, finance, IT, engineering, product, analytics, treasury, project management, research, customer service, asset management, data science, and strategy. They designed and built-out end-to-end operations for the business from the point of a qualified lead to post-funding operations. This included finance transitioning from a regional bank to a major world bank, from a small auditor to a Big 4 auditor, and from Quickbooks to NetSuite. Rafay also led the development of a patented investment decision process leveraging data science and worked to launch the world's first home co-investment REIT while at Unison.

Rayan Rafay's educational career began with an iBBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University. Rayan then pursued a diploma in Mandarin Studies from Fudan University. After that, they did an exchange in Finance and Biotechnology from Singapore Management University. Finally, they got certified as a Notary Public from the Government of Northwest Territories and as a CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute.
