Eloy Oakley

Eloy Oakley currently serves as the President and CEO of College Futures Foundation, a private foundation dedicated to promoting equitable opportunities for higher education in California and beyond. Oakley has a rich background in educational governance, holding the title of Regent Emeritus for the University of California after an eight-year tenure on the Board of Regents. Oakley is also a member of the Board of Trustees for UC Irvine and Alliant International University, as well as serving on boards for Western Governors University, MDRC, and providing advisory roles for Guild Education, Handshake, and Certree. Oakley earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management, and a BA in Environmental Analysis & Design from UC Irvine.
