Bob Block

Bob Block is the Co-Founder of the College Guidance Network. Bob has also served on the Board of Directors for Open Assessment Technologies S.A. from September 2018 to July 2020 and as VP of Corporate Development for ACT from June 2017 to July 2020. Prior to their work in educational technology, Bob had a long career in assessment and advising, serving as Senior Director of Enterprise Growth for Educational Testing Service (ETS) from January 2005 to December 2011 and President & CEO of Professional Examination Service from January 2012 to June 2017. In addition to their work in assessment, Bob has also served as Vice President, Education Partnerships for Family Education Network from May 1995 to July 1999 and President & CEO of Boxer Learning, Inc. from August 1999 to February 2001.

Bob Block has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Babson College.
