Tonya Gamelin-Currier is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in managing HR functions across various organizations. As the People and Culture Manager at the College Internship Program (CIP), Tonya utilizes extensive skills in employee relations and culture building. Previously, as the Human Resources Manager at Soundview Paper Company LLC, Tonya initiated comprehensive HR practices in a startup-like environment. Prior to that role, Tonya served as an HR Business Partner at UNFI, focusing on employee relations, investigations, and performance management processes. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Plymouth State University and an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management from Champlain College.

The College Internship Program (CIP) has been helping young adults on the autism spectrum and with learning differences find success in college, employment, and independent living in our centers across the US since 1984. The College Internship Program is the result of strategies we have developed over 35 years spent working with hundreds of young people on the spectrum - Helping them develop the self-knowledge and skill sets to live productive and happy lives.
