Ric Kienzle

Senior Vice President Operations at CLE | College Living Experience

Ric Kienzle has a strong background in operations and residential education. Ric is currently serving as the Senior Vice President Operations at College Living Experience (CLE) since August 2023. Previously, they held the position of Vice President Operations at CLE from April 2020 to August 2023, and before that, they were the Assistant Vice President Operations from January 2020 to April 2020. Starting in January 2011, they worked as the Director at CLE for nearly a decade, overseeing student programming, staff management, and community relations.

Prior to their time at CLE, Ric served as the Director of Professional Practices at Coalition for Residential Education from July 2008 to November 2009, where they provided consulting services and prioritized research goals. Before that, they were the Director of Residential Services at Boys and Girls Country of Houston, Inc from August 2007 to June 2008, responsible for supervising and directing a residential campus program for youth. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Community Coordinator at Mooseheart Child City & School, Inc from November 1996 to August 2007, where they oversaw the operation of multiple residence homes and ensured a safe environment for the youth.

Ric Kienzle holds a Master of Arts in Teaching degree from Aurora University, which they obtained from 1995 to 1997. Ric also graduated from Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Marketing, completing their studies from 1988 to 1992. Prior to that, Ric attended Concordia Lutheran High School from 1984 to 1988. Additionally, they earned a Certificate in Human Services Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
